U.S and International orders will be shipped via USPS.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 5-14 Business days
Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days depending on the location we are shipping too.
If for some reason we are unable to ship to your location, you will be contacted via the email address you provided when you placed your order with further information.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here.
If for some reason you do not get your tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with TRACKING NUMBER and your order number in the subject line.
Our refund and return policy last 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for a return. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist you. In the subject line please put RETURN and your order number. From there, the return begin to be processed. If your item is still in stock, we can initiate an exchange for the SAME item in a DIFFERENT size. If a return is granted, you have 7 days from when your refund is accepted to send the item back in its original condition. If those 7 days pass, we cannot process your refund or exchange.
Anything purchased under the Sale collection cannot be refunded or returned. These are final sale items. Anything ending in .99 is considered a sale item and falls under this policy.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge as long as the item is still in stock. If it is not, we can replace it with an item of equal value or process a refund. All correspondence will happen via email if this rare occurrence happens.

Any issues with your orders must be communicated via email for us to correct the issue. Please do not reach out to our Instagram pages for issues regarding your orders, as these pages receive a high volume of messages as your can be missed.
