Please note during times of high volume, your order may take longer than expected to arrive to your destination. We have warehouses both domestic and international warehouses and to decrease cost to our customers, your items may be shipped directly from the warehouse where your item is stored. In the case your items are shipped separately, you will receive a tracking number for each item when they are shipped. If after 4 weeks you don’t receive your items ordered, send an email with your order number to support@journeybabez.com.
